Centralize Enrollment Process

Beginning May 4, 2009, the Five Star District will centralize its enrollment process. The new enrollment office will be housed at the district's Education Support Center (ESC), 1500 E. 128 th Ave., Thornton. The office will be open 12 months per year, excluding holidays with hours of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The direct phone number to the Central Enrollment Center is 720-972-6545.

Families who will need to use the new enrollment office include parents of all students new to the district, those making guardianship changes, those making Declarations of Residency and former students who have withdrawn and wish to re-enroll. In addition, families that have moved will need to provide their new proofs of residency to the district and can do so by either going to the Central Enrollment Center or to their current school. Once the family is enrolled in their specific Adams 12 school, they will be given instructions as to when they will be able to go to the school for registration.

This change will help take some administrative tasks off the plates of school office staff and allow them to more fully devote time and attention to school operations. The change will also produce consistency in data entry for the district's new student database called “Infinite Campus.”

El Distrito Five Star centralizará el proceso de matrícula

Comenzando el 4 de mayo de 2009, el Distrito Escolar Adams 12 Five Star centralizará el proceso de matrícula.
